The owners of THAI HEAVEN in Hapeville (suburb of Atlanta, GA) contacted us because their menus were falling apart, and their customers were not getting a clear picture of their cusine to even place their orders.

PROBLEM
The problem was "Do it Yourself" graphics, and an antiquated accounting and personnel system, which did not support their long term goals of expansion. When THAI HEAVEN approached us to create their brand and supporting marketing collateral, they already had their name and the font they wanted to use.

SOLUTION

We incorporated their name into our branding process. We started with an overall marketing strategy with a goal to open 2 more locations. We began by creating their brand identity from the hand drawn wall art they had commissioned an artist to create. A photo shoot was done and included in their web design and marketing collateral.


RESULTS
The menus were enhanced, a sushi menu was added to the second location as well as a separate drink menu. A retaurant POS system was added. A Grand Opening ceremony along with advertising collateral announcing the new location, new menu, featured entertainment and new cocktail menu. A photo shoot accompanied the grand opening, menu enhancements with photos of food, sushi, and entertainment for marketing purposes.

RESULTS
Within 2 years, THAI HEAVEN opened their 3rd location in an upscale, high traffic shopping district.
